Hi Katie, great explanation of the ’selling’ of codependency and acceptance of ‘taking’ what we need from others instead of finding it from within ourselves. This is the very essence of ownership. As you say, the way is ‘I choose you and you choose me’ and the process is a reciprocal one with either side sharing the steering to find balance with the whole. Its an acceptance and respect of different points of view and seeing the world from many different perspectives. Freely sharing our ‘points’ views with one and other, enables us to map and navigate our way through, a 4 dimensional process. Thank you for sharing.

I really enjoyed this movie however I must confess I didn’t see the ending (I was on a long flight and fell asleep )

The same thoughts were going through my mind regarding helping Nathaniel and wanting to label him and forcing him to take his meds. You cannot force someone to do something they don’t want to do.

I’m hanging out to see how the movie ends. Thanks Katie for sharing this review. You have reminded me how easy it is to try and solve someone else’s issues. We need first to take a look at ourselves and find what it is that makes us unable to relate to that person.

Very wise words Katie.

I have spent many hours with my children as they grew up and now have a wonderful relationship with them, and I would do it all again.

We went without new things for many years so that I could stay at home with my girls – and as I write this I realize that I went with out nothing.

I gained so much by being with them and giving them my time. This is what children want most of all.

Thank you, I’m glad I took the time to watch.
